Allow customers to record a message on their phone without need of an app.
We all have so many apps, if a customer whats to leave a message they are unlikely to get to the effort to download an app in order to do it. Would be great if there was a way this could work without the need of this app.

Our Gold plan has expired because there's no way to renew it. Instead it says "contact us" which we've done repeatedly.

Make SpeakPipe work with HTML5, instead of Flash
I see a suggestion, marked completed in 2013, to use HTML5 to make it compatible with iPhone and iPad. However, the demo will not work for me on my Mac, which has Flash removed for security reasons. Please make HTML5 for ALL computers that choose not to install Flash.

On computers it works in all latest browsers without Flash. -

being able to remove or minimize the tab especially in mobile
The iphone version covers too much of the screen and makes it difficult to read the content of the page that's loaded on my phone.
An option to minimize or remove the speakpipe tab would be helpful.32 votesYou can disable the side button in the widget settings.

Make Speakpipe work on apple devices
Currently, you cannot record with Speakpipe on apple devices because they do no support flash. Given the popularity and concenience of using such devices (as well as the move towards utilizing them in schools and language learning classrooms), I think moving away from flash to HTML5 and making Speakpipe more cross-client/device compatible is a step in the right direction.

Allow us to preview the balloon window, point out how many characters allowed, and have spaces between paragraphs
I had to go from Chrome to Firefox when I saw one long blog of text that went past what showed on the screen, and was not scrollable, so people couldn't see what else I had written. Then I counted that 15 lines were allowed, condensed what I wrote, and re-opened my site in Firefox, adding <br>, hoping it would the break tag would add spaces between paragraphs. Instead, the revisions did not save so when I went to Safari to re-view, it was still incorrect. Now I have to use my fourth and final attempt to get this correct,…

Add volume warning and replay for message senders
Speakpipe is great for receiving higher-quality audio than a phone call. But I've found that fewer people are able to properly use their computer mics to send usable audio.
Message senders will often talk too loudly, too close to the mic, or get too loud at points.
Instead of displaying a volume meter that is meaningless to message senders, I suggest two approaches:
- Add a warning when the sender's audio is getting too loud, but hasn't clipped yet. This could be at -3 dB.
- Add a "replay" button with the suggest that they listen back and make sure they weren't…

Allow speakpipe subscribers to use speakpipe to send voice messages to email addresses (not just being able to reply back)
Currently, if someone sends you a voice message and inputs an invalid email or forgets to enter his or her email address, there is no way to reply back to them in like (even if you know who that person is and know their email address). I would like to be able to send a voice message to anybody (whether or not they initially sent be a voice message) so long as a I have their email address.

When deleting a message from the inbox, the user should stay on the same page
As it is right now, if I delete a message from my inbox, the page will refresh to display the most recent message. It is cumbersome to manually navigate to the page you were on each time you delete a message. Please fix this! Thanks
