Visual improvements to "allow microphone" sequence.
Design tweak suggestion.
I just tried to make a SpeakPipe message for the first time, using the widget. It took me a couple of tries - my mistake.
I got the little rectangular Flash dialog box that asked me whether or not I wanted to grant microphone access. So I clicked Allow. Then I saw your "Click Allow on the panel above / here is an example" message. Here's the thing. I totally thought that it was talking about the previous step that I just completed. Even though it explicitly says "above" and gave me a mini-screenshot, I did not clue into the fact that Chrome had given me its own dialog popup at the top of the screen. It looks so similar in appearance to the navigation bar above it - Google's fault - I simply did not notice that it had appeared. So I thought there was some problem with your plugin, and because I was determined to leave the message, refreshed the page and tried again.
I can see you've already tried to address this with the design. But I think there needs to be something better, or users will still miss it.
Maybe something like " Look up - Click "Allow" on the browser panel above". And/or an upwards pointing arrow.
Because if you've just clicked "Allow" for Flash, it's easy to think "I've already done this step."
